The Quality Assurance and Prospective Studies Service, attached to the Vice-Rector for Institutional Relations and the University General Registrar´s Office, is in charge of promoting and implementing our policy on quality in teaching, research and management, and for systematically and continually assessing quality in these fields.

The main duties of this service include (Art. 58, General Regulations):

  • Managing internal evaluations and providing advice in quality-related matters.
  • Organizing and coordinating activities and events that lead to the creation of plans to improve the quality of University functions and services.
  • Creating a system of indicators that help to track and control policies for improving quality throughout the University.
  • Performing situational studies and analysis in order for the University Executive Board to make effective decisions.
